How to poach egg in the microwave in 45 sec.

This is a fast and healthy breakfast for anyone who loves poach egg but hates the time and the process of poaching an egg the traditional way.

I poach my egg in the microwave oven. It's fast and I found a way for it to not stick to the dish. Which is a problem when you use the microwave oven.

Ingredients:
1 egg 
1 tsp of water
pinch of vinegar
salt or grated cheese for additional flavor
Microwave oven

Directions:
1. Add water, vinegar, and crack an egg into a microwave-safe bowl without yolk the breaking.
2. Then put in the microwave for 45 seconds. Depending on your microwave, time may vary. If you cooking an egg for the first time in your microwave oven, I would try cooking an egg 30 seconds to see how strong your microwave oven cooks. And then add an additional 15 seconds to perfection. Be careful because if you hear a popping sound in the microwave oven, stop it instantly. It means it's too hot and the egg will blow up inside the oven causing a mess.
3. Once the york is slightly cooked, take it out and add to another clean dish. The bowl you use to cook will be watery. Then add salt to your liking. I like a little bit of grated cheese for extra flavor.
